Email contact@kivrae.com with “Security” in the subject line. Include the page or URL affected, a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report within 2 business days.

Please do not

  • Access, change or delete other customers’ data
  • Run tests that could disrupt the site
  • Share the issue publicly before we have fixed it

Phishing and scams

Kivrae will never ask for your password or full card number by email or phone, and we never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer or cryptocurrency. If you receive such a request, do not reply, and forward it to us.
