Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest, or create an account to view your order history.

Are prices in U.S. dollars?
Yes. All prices are in USD. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order to a U.S. address, with no minimum.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 2–6 business days in the contiguous U.S. and 5–10 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states.

How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page.

Returns & cancellations

Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging unless they are damaged or defective. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?
We do if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we inspect the return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge before it ships. See our Cancellation Policy.

Products

What does Kivrae sell?
KIVRAE-brand garden hand tool sets, storage-case tool kits and no-kink garden hoses.

What if my tool breaks?
Defects within 30 days are replaced or refunded. After that, contact us and we will review it under our Warranty Policy.

How should I care for my tools?
Rinse and dry tools after use and store them indoors. Drain the hose and store it out of direct sun and freezing temperatures.
