1. How to cancel

Email contact@kivrae.com with “CANCEL” and your order number in the subject line, or call +1 (432) 322-0779 during support hours. A cancellation is confirmed once we reply in writing.

2. Before your order ships

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled free of charge and are refunded in full to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. After your order ships

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. Please accept the delivery and follow our Refund & Returns Policy; you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

4. Changing an order

We can change the shipping address, quantity or item until the order ships. Contact us as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation by Kivrae

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if a listing contained a pricing error, if payment cannot be verified, or if we cannot deliver to the address provided. We will always contact you before cancelling.
