The KIVRAE name, logo, product photos and site content belong to Kivrae and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kivrae’s liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
